With over fifteen years of study and practice, I aim to merge the therapeutic and relaxational aspects of massage therapy. My goal is not just to address any issues you are having but also to employ techniques such as trigger point, myofascial, and lymphatic work to support the functioning of the nervous system, optimize circulation, and release muscle and fascial restrictions. For many years I worked as a Rehabilitation Aide in a physical therapy clinic and assisted thousands of patients in their recovery from injury or surgery. This strong orthopedic background has given me a wonderful advantage as a therapist with a thorough understanding of body mechanics.
